  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil and pumpkin. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, Sugar, Bread Improver, Gluten, salt, Ground Nutmeg, and Cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the wet components, Ad water, and mix until well combined and keep it for rest.
  3. If you are using a dough machine, then mix for 3 minutes on 2nd speed and 5 minutes on 3rd speed.
  4. Let the dough rest in bulk for 35 minutes.
  5. Scale into 550gram and 50-gram portions, round them into balls and rest a further 10 minutes.
  6. Mould the 550 grams into a cob shape. The 50-gram piece rolls 20 cm long.
  7. Press the 20cm long piece with your thumb through the center of the cob to make it look like a stem.
  8. Proove and then cut the sides to make it look like a pumpkin
  9. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  10. Turn the oven down to 190 degrees after 10 minutes.
