- If you are using a dough machine, then mix for 3 minutes on 2nd speed and 5 minutes on 3rd speed.
- Let the dough rest in bulk for 35 minutes.
- Scale into 550gram and 50-gram portions, round them into balls and rest a further 10 minutes.
- Mould the 550 grams into a cob shape. The 50-gram piece rolls 20 cm long.
- Press the 20cm long piece with your thumb through the center of the cob to make it look like a stem.
- Proove and then cut the sides to make it look like a pumpkin
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Turn the oven down to 190 degrees after 10 minutes.
